We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) Wealthy, our onboarding and transaction technology partner, to process KYC and investment transactions; (b) Asset Management Companies (AMCs) as required to register and service your mutual fund investments; and (c) regulatory bodies including AMFI and SEBI, where legally required. All third-party partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to personal data is restricted to personnel with a legitimate need.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including AMFI record-keeping requirements. Financial records are typically retained for a minimum of five years.
